Emily Mullock

With over a decade working in design and art direction, Emily is a seasoned visual creator with an endless appetite for creating original characters and the worlds they live in. She authored and illustrated Go Away, Unicorn! and the sequel, Doggone Magic, which went on to become a TV series on Disney Channel. Emily co-created and illustrated Rock Star Recess for Union Square Kids, and is currently putting the finishing touches on Greta Whiteshark Meets the Mermaids, a brand new graphic novel with Genius Cat Books. She’s gotten very practiced at drawing mermaid tails, and tales for that matter.
