Emma Parker is a fitness instructor, certified, competent, and developer of training programs based on resistance, development of muscle tone, always attentive person's care, body and health. She is also a wife and mother and she started to follow a particularly controlled diet, becoming passionate about culinary proposals useful to achieve weight loss, delving into the evolutions of the kitchen and new trends in nutrition, always convinced that the combination of sport and nutrition is the first important step towards an optimal state of health and an important ally to increase self-esteem. She recently decided to share her skills as an instructor and her passion for a balanced cuisine and an ally of personal health.
