Eric is a fan of vintage horror films, classic movies, Marx brothers comedies and modern classic films by the Coen Brothers, Guy Ritchie and Jonathan Glazer. His favorite authors are John Steinbeck, Kurt Vonnegut, John Farris, Stephen King, and Clive Barker. In the near future Eric will publish " The Devil's Sous Chef" a thriller combined with certain aspects of a cookbook. He then hopes to publish a mainstream cookbook and an erotic cookbook. Yes, an erotic cookbook. Somewhere during these works, Eric hopes his first two novels get published. But most of all he wants to see his labor of love, the biography of Claudia Jennings reach the public. The working title is "Claudia Jennings, The Forgotten American Icon" and it is filled with previously unseen photos of Miss Jennings and revelations about her life never made public. Eric says " Claudia Jennings was simply the most incredible woman in the entertainment business who ever lived. The public does not really know a great deal about her except for Playboy pictorials, her "B" movies and her drug addiction. Even when she struggled with depression, self doubt and career disappointments , she was the most loving and sweet person imaginable. The interviews in the book are a legacy on their own. I talked to some of the greatest actors, directors and producers of all time. And they all loved Claudia passionately." Eric says there is one central theme running through all his novels. It is what turns human beings into murderers. He believes that the answers to all questions about good and evil begin and end on that point. Eric says one more thing you should know. He really wants you to buy his books so he'll have to time write even better ones. It's difficult for him to be a full-time Chef and a full-time writer.
