Eric J. Smith

Eric Smith works as a Geographic Information Systems consultant in east Idaho, and has operated his own business since 2009. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in University Studies from BYU Idaho in 2004, and then received his Master of Science degree in Geographic Information Science from Idaho State University in 2013. In 2013 Eric experienced a deepened sense of spirituality and closeness with God, and began researching and studying Judeo-Christian doctrines, and studied Biblical Hebrew under Bruce Satterfield at BYU Idaho. About that time he started a blog called “Doctrinal Essays” where he published his research and thoughts on meaningful topics to him. Those essays have led to deeper and more focused writing in several books on various spiritual themes.
