Erin Fletter, a devoted wife and mother, and passionate advocate for the culinary arts, has dedicated her life to food. As co-owner of the internationally acclaimed Barolo Grill in Denver and founder of the celebrated children's cooking school Sticky Fingers Cooking (100,000 kids taught, and counting!), there’s scarcely a moment in the day when Erin’s not thinking about how people experience food. More than a dozen years ago, Erin established Sticky Fingers Cooking with one main goal: to share the joy of cooking with children. As an author, she brings together her culinary expertise and contagious enthusiasm to create engaging and informative cookbooks that captivate readers of all ages.
