Erin Jones, M.A., M.Ed., LPC, is a professional counselor, special education and university educator, and writer passionate about helping others create balance, hope, and healing. As a mother of multiple kids with ADHD, she is a dedicated advocate with years of training and research devoted to ADHD awareness and strengths-based empowerment, and she specializes in helping people move beyond a deficit mindset to recognize and leverage their unique abilities. As both a professional and a parent who has traversed the ADHD journey, she brings firsthand experience and deep understanding to her work with families navigating the challenges of neurodiversity. In her work and writing, Erin focuses on helping people facing ADHD-related challenges, overwhelm, anxiety, trauma, and bereavement, empowering women, and parenting children with disabilities. Her integrative approach recognizes the deep connection between mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health, ensuring that her work fosters personalized, strengths-based, and holistic care. Erin does not pretend to have a lot of leisure time, but when those moments do occur, she enjoys spending them outdoors with her large family and the many critters on her family's mini-farm in the country.
