Hey there! I'm Esperanza Dee - well, kind of. If you're wondering if that's my real name, the answer is a resounding "heck no". It’s a heartfelt tribute to my little sister and my mom, both of whom have passed on but left me with enough trauma and sarcastic wit to fuel this whole ill-advised sillybook operation. So, while Esperanza Dee might sound fancy, it's really just me, a regular person who acknowledges the potency of activity books - especially ones that mix a little cute with a lot of absurdity. I believe in the power of creativity, and how a simple activity like coloring or solving puzzles can bring both joy and calm into our busy lives. I love making books that give people a chance to relax, laugh, and enjoy a moment of peace—whether that’s through adult coloring books with an absurdist twist or kid-friendly puzzle books packed with fun facts. As a parent, I value the concept of child enrichment and want to do my part to extend that idea and make it accessible for everyone. In my spare time, I’m a bit of a homebody who enjoys hanging out with my son, exploring the wonders of the universe, and finding joy in the little things (like a really great grilled cheese).
