With more than 10 years’ experience and an expert in one-to-one personal training, Pilates instruction, and as a body transformation specialist, Eva uses her passion and technical knowledge to empower women of all ages to live their best lives through a both resistance training and bodyweight Pilates techniques. Under the mentorship of award-winning health and fitness author Arthur Hanson, Eva has successfully coached women of all ages across the world. “There’s nothing better than working with one of my lovely clients and helping them through their fitness journey working taking them to where they want to be as a team. I live for it! Coaching is my passion.” One of the keys to Eva’s many successes is the application of her exercise system that is easy-to-follow and accessible to everyone. It combines multiple facets of her extensive industry knowledge with her understanding of what gets real and lasting results. “I think it’s important to make a health and fitness program a part of your lifestyle rather than just a flash in the pan.
