Evelyn Martinez was born and raised on a Long Island farm as the second oldest of eight children. The beauty and intricacies of nature became the lens of awe and wonder through which she sees the world. She resides in Virginia with her college sweetheart and their four amazing children. This Little Seed story was penned in a quiet moment while journaling in a closet, an oddly appropriate place for such a story to begin.
