Femi Odufunade

Femi describes himself as the forever wonderer, you will offen find him listening to music while daydreaming, with a pen in hand doodling. He has a background in urban design, in his early days he worked on architectural projects, as a concept designer. Femi’s great love is capturing images with a camera, and bringing those images to life by writing poetic verses to them, so as to direct the viewers attention. This dynamic storyteller was born in Ijebu Ode, and educated between Nigeria and England, where he currently lives with his family. “Children of the Stars, Oya and Sango: A storm is on its way”, is his debut book, which was first published as an ebook in 2020, now appears as a revised paperback edition. The story in the book and other forthcoming titles in the collection will introduce young readers and adults into the world of the Orisas.
