Born in Milan, Italy, 42 years ago, I’ve always been an avid reader, devouring at least three or four books a year. Yet, I never imagined I’d become a writer—until April 2023. One unforgettable night out with a woman who had already published a successful book changed everything. That evening sparked something in me, and soon, inspiration flowed like a torrent. Now, my debut novel, Another Sunset, is live, and my second book is well underway—162 pages written and counting. While I wait to transition into a full-time writing career, I serve as Global Sales Director at PayU, a leading Payment Solution Provider (PSP). My journey in Fintech began in 2016, spanning nearly four years at Ingenico ePayments and three and a half at Mastercard. Sales and Fintech have been the true cornerstones of my career, though I’ve also held roles at Microsoft and Mitsubishi Electric. Beyond work, sports are my addiction—though the healthiest one I have. I train almost daily, I'm a kickboxer and a sailing skipper, always pushing my limits. The least healthy addiction? Probably cheese. I currently live in Amsterdam, a jewel of a country and a breathtaking city. Yet, sometimes, I miss Italy. I live alone in my apartment in the historic center. No, I’m not married. I once was, but it didn’t work out. And in 2022, I almost married another incredible woman—but life had other plans. I cherish those experiences; they shaped me. Looking ahead, my goal is simple: to enjoy life to the fullest. Writing has added a new dimension, and I encourage anyone reading this to try it at least once—you might surprise yourself.
