Lisa Flecknoe is a Wife, Mom, and Educator with a dream of becoming an acclaimed Children's Author. Her books are fueled by a lifelong love for storytelling, fostering the love of reading in young children and teaching them the joy of reading. With topics from her own background, travels and interests Lisa's journey into writing and creating books has developed. Currently, you will find two book series that are ever expanding. * Let's Get Ready - Simple black and white images with one word descriptives. This is to help the very beginner readers build confidence using simple words and picture clues to launch them into confident readers. * Take a Walk with me - Books with beautiful photographs taken by Lisa. Each page has both simple text and a few fun facts surrounding the photograph. When not working on her next children's book, you will find Lisa walking the coastline looking for sea glass on the beach or snuggling on the couch with a good novel and her dog, Daisy.
