Fr. Tadros Y. Malaty

Fr. Tadros Y. Malaty is a priest in the Coptic Orthodox Church. He has been publishing books since 1960’s. His theological, spiritual, liturgical, and historical books are characterized by their abundance of biblical and patristic references. He composed a complete set of patristic commentaries that cover the entire Old and New Testaments. These books focus on how to practically live as sons and daughters of the Heavenly Father in Christ our Savior by the grace of the Holy Spirit. Father Malaty authored many books about the lives of the Holy Early Fathers, and martyrs that reveal how they led their lives as living Bible and role models to all Christians. He began publishing his books and booklets in Arabic, and many of them are translated in English. In addition to his pastoral care ministry, he participated in the Ecumenical and theological dialogues between the Oriental Orthodox, Eastern Orthodox and the Catholic Churches.
