Francesco began programming at the age of 9 and created his first mobile app at 12. By the age of 13, he developed the official application for the Internazionali BNL D’Italia in 2012. After completing an accelerated scientific high school program in just 4 years, he earned a degree in Mathematics from Sapienza University in Rome. Simultaneously, he immersed himself in the world of work and entrepreneurship. In 2017, he founded Youbiquitous and started offering services in the field of data and machine learning. Today, the Youbiquitous team specializes in generative AI (mostly LLMs) and traditional machine learning and operates in a number of industry sectors. Francesco is currently Head of Engineering & Data at Crionet, a primary sport-tech firm, where he coordinates a team of 30 developers doing applications primarily on the .NET stack and data scientists. He also serves as CTO at KBMS Data Force, a startup in Digital Therapy and intelligent healthcare he co-founded in 2021, and participates in European projects, along with well-known Italian hospitals. He has authored other three books for Microsoft Press: the first at the age of 14 on Windows 8, and the last two focusing on artificial intelligence: one on the mathematics of algorithms (2020) and the other on the practical use of Microsoft's library for machine learning (2022). In his free time, aside from painting and poetry, Francesco analyzes failed romantic relationships using data science tools, employing NLP and sentiment analysis. On Saturdays he can be found working at his tailor’s shop.
