A conqueror of mediocrity, Francie Van Wirkus is a certified professional coach for executives, product managers, and teams. She is experienced with AgileHR and HR transformations. An SPC 5.1, she works in the insurance and financial services industry, with an Agile, Lean and sales focus. She helps people of all levels take strategic, sustainable steps toward their goals. Her innovative ways of leading and sustaining change help lead business and IT transformations. Francie is a change thought leader, speaking to groups and coaching them to continuously learn and adjust. She is co-founder of the Agile Bettys, a podcast and consulting firm that helps people live an agile lifestyle. She is author of a business novel series on effective leadership, The Dominant Gene, which includes three titles: Reveille, Permission to Lead, and Leading Unlikely. Francie enjoys racing in Ironman competitions, teaching yoga, and lives in Wisconsin with her husband and three delightful children.
