Franco Grasso

Franco Grasso is the founder and CEO of Europe's most important revenue management company (www.francograsso.com). With a team of 40 experts he is currently (2023) attending over 400 hotels by outsourcing, having attended around 2500 in many countries over his 18 years of activity. An active disseminator, he has enjoyed over 1500 days' training in fifteen or so countries and his books are best sellers in Italy. His unique method is based on his experience (35 years' international activity in hotels and 2 economy degrees) and constant observation of market dynamics in real time. He enjoys “revolution plus” software he himself created, but believes that finalising rate choice should be performed by people, so he strongly considers that the best results lie in the man - machine binomal. For creating economic value in the Italian tourist system, in June 2022 he was awarded the title of Knight in the service of the Italian republic.
