Frank T. Caruso

Frank T. Caruso is a cartoonist and Vice President of Creative Services for King Features, where he has guided Betty Boop, Popeye, and other classic comics properties for licensing and entertainment worldwide. He is the creative supervisor of all King Features properties in Toon Lagoon at Universal Studios Florida’s Islands of Adventure® theme park. Caruso has contributed as a writer/cartoonist to various humor magazines as well as illustrated a series of children’s books for St. Martin’s Press. He also served as executive producer for the Emmy award-winning children’s safety show “SeeMore’s Playhouse” for American Public Television. Caruso works with Scholastic’s Alliance for Young Artists & Writers and is a member of New York’s Society of Illustrators. Mr. Caruso's latest book is Heart Transplant, a collaboration with Andrew Vachss and Zak Mucha.
