Frederick Sabido

Fred Sabido is a current student at St. John's University in Queens, NY. He recently released his first book highlighting his avid interest in personal health and dieting. Fred’s ultimate goal is to become a medical professional, serving underprivileged communities throughout New York City. His most recent achievement stems from his collegiate athletic career, being tabbed a Division One baseball First-Team Academic All-American in 2020, an award given to the likes of Peyton Manning and Alex Smith. Fred continues his education while already possessing two master’s Degrees from Wagner College and producing health content for Anti-Aging Replacement LLC. He hopes to one day shed light on his experiences to better impact his community and former athletes struggling with health issues.
