Frederick Von Heisenberg is a first-time author who still holds down a full-time job in engineering. He was born in sixties Catholic Ireland, educated in the seventies and emigrated in the eighties, as did a lot of his generation. After several years abroad, he returned to Ireland where he has worked for different organizations across the country. He described himself as an ‘à la carte Catholic’ until a eureka moment a few years ago which prompted research into his own core beliefs on the fundamentals of life. His findings map his ongoing journey of self-discovery and peace.
