Miki Capit Okada (Author and Illustrator) founded Future Imaginations Publishing in 2024 based in Hong Kong. With a passion for creativity and storytelling, Miki established the company with the mission to inspire readers and artists of all ages through a diverse range of coloring books, meaningful storybooks, and beautifully crafted stationery. She wanted to ensure that future imaginations in art and storytelling would come to life. Before embarking on her publishing journey, Miki was an early childhood educator, where she honed her understanding of the developmental needs of children and the importance of fostering creativity from a young age. Her experiences in the classroom deepened her appreciation for the role of art and literature in early learning, motivating her to create resources that would spark imagination and encourage self-expression among young learners.
