G. A. Sealy

Dr. G.A. Sealy is an accomplished educator, consultant, and author who has dedicated much of his educational career to serving economically disadvantaged communities of color to increase diversity in STEM disciplines and professions. G.A. holds multiple degrees, including a Doctorate in curriculum and instruction. G.A. is also a certified fitness trainer and sports nutritionist. As a health educator and consultant, G.A. is committed to addressing health disparities in Black and Brown communities through his organization KIDS (Keeping In Dynamic Shape), which educates children and families about health and wellness. Dr. Sealy has won multiple awards for his I Love Me and Young Scientist series of books promoting social-emotional learning, positive self-identity/esteem, early science literacy, and DEI in children's literature. G.A. has been a featured author, panelist, and speaker in various literary festivals and media outlets. In addition to his writing, Dr. Sealy enjoys conducting author visits in schools and facilitating student workshops. G.A. also loves traveling and experiencing different cultures.
