Gabriel Knight

I grew up in a small town where everyone knows everyone. People are friendly and wave at you even if they don't know you. I have always wanted to be a writer. Ever since I was a child, I read tons of books to learn how to do things. I got caught up in the whole fantasy world of visiting other places and having adventures. JRR Tolkin is one of my favorite authors. The way he painted pictures in my mind is they way I wanted to write my stories. I was also inspired by Stan Lee the creator of Marvel comics. The way he wrote his superheroes was inspiring. I have always wanted to write a comic book with my own hero and so with all that inspiration that is exactly what I did. My first book took two years to write and edit. Of course if your doing it all by yourself it takes a long time with organizing, editing and more editing. Trying to get everything just right is a pain but once it all clicked it was very satisfying. I hope if you are becoming a writer don't give up it will all be worth it
