Gayle Keller

Gayle Keller is an award-winning, seasoned technology executive with over 20 years' experience working in corporate America. As an executive, she experienced first-hand how women struggle to excel in the workplace, and how men struggle to understand and cohesively work together with women. As a result, she launched her own firm, Gayle Keller LLC, to be a powerful leader, a positive role model to her two young girls, and a driving force in the revitalization of gender inclusivity in S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) industries. She is hailed for her leadership, hands-on integrated programs, and her direct approach to shift the paradigm and culture of select companies and universities alike through her keynotes, presentations, advisory services, and coaching programs. Gayle also hosts a podcast series called Theodora Speaks in which she interviews “Theodoras” from all backgrounds who have taken the reins in their industries. Gayle resides in the Midwest with her husband and two daughters.
