Georgie Birkett is a Booktrust award winning author and illustrator, her recent series of Cheery Street picture books, published by Walker are a heartwarming reflection on the joyful and not so joyful moments of parenting. She also illustrated the Old MacPumpkin books for Nosy Crow written by Katrina Charman. She has made many children’s books including ‘Share!’ ‘Is this my Nose?’ And ‘The Big Night Night Book’. She lives in Lewes, UK with her husband, two sons and two cats.
