Ginder Chima

关于作者

Ginder Chima was born and raised in Birmingham, United Kingdom before coming to the United States at the age of 20. It was here in the United States she pursued her passion for teaching, of which she is now in her 21st year of teaching first grade. Teaching has allowed her to discover a deeper purpose which is to teach children how to read, she is experienced in teaching second language students, and for many years she has mentored future teachers. When not teaching Ginder enjoys painting, daily walks and listening to as many audiobooks as she can. Her love for literature has ultimately paved the way for her dreams to become a reality. The book she has created with her sister, is the first in a series which focuses on short vowels. The illustrations are colorful and fun for the reader. The books have been developed to cater to beginning readers who need to practice reading outside of the classroom. Repetition and rhyme are themes throughout the books. Just Bee Books Limited is the name of the company. The books have been coauthored and were designed to make learning to read English, easy, simple and fun! Based on the success of this first book, the sisters hope to move forward with completing the next series of phonics skills.
