Gladys Egge Henrikson is a retired project planning and work process redesign manager, who supported various state and federal governmental IT projects. She has a BA in political science from Wellesley College, an MEd from Boston University, and an MBA from UCLA. In the 1970s she served with the Women’s Lobby and helped found the National Council for Alternative Work Patterns. Today she is a leader and volunteer in several non-profit organizations. She lives in Virginia alongside a lovely woodland with insufferable deer.
