Gracie Rae Faith is the pen of Carla, a girl whose determination landed her at the top of the sales leader board, within the good-ole-boy firearms industry, before she was thirty. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in business management/organizational leadership while rising to an executive position on the corporate ladder. Along the way, her passion for behavioral science was ignited which led to her becoming a trusted agent of transformation. After many years of successfully leading strategic development and growth initiatives, an unexpected separation triggered her to pursue and achieve her dreams of becoming an author, coach, educator, speaker, and founder of Clear Cut Strategies, a consultancy dedicated to replacing chaos with results. When she’s not working, she may be found at a range, on a dance floor, sharpening her mind with a brain game, volunteering, or spending quality time with God and the people she loves the most.
