I am known as the Plant-Powered-Pianist (PPP) because I am a Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) and I have spent 50 years performing concerts (piano) all over the world. Besides music being my passion, my other passion is healthy eating in the form of a Whole-Food, Plant-Based (WFPB) diet rich un unprocessed foods, based entirely on plants, legumes, grains. I have had the pleasure and privilege of working with many WFPB physicians and interviewing most of them in my YouTube channel under "Plantemus". It has been a wonderful 12-year journey to optimal health. The book "Live Your Healthiest Life" contains some of the best recipes from my grandmother and my mother, adapted to a WFPB modality, full of flavor and rich in nutrients. My friend Shayda Soleymani, co-author of the book, has some impressive Persian recipes among other delicious meals you will certainly love.
