The Swiss born author is married with three children and five grandchildren. He was publishing manager of the European edition of the daily newspaper USA Today in Zurich and London and later worked as a correspondent for various publications. Hans Brunner's earlier novels and award winning young adult and children’s books were published in eight different languages. He now lives in country Queensland, Australia, doing up an old house and enjoying his second career as an indie author and publisher. Hans writes and publishes nonfiction under his name and fiction under the pen name "Addison Marsh"
