Growing up, Harry Hall could never sit still. He grew up in North Texas participating in youth sports, cub scouts, church activities, and for three years, had a paper route. He started distance running in high school, eventually setting meet records and competing in state competitions, eventually and recording a 4:19 mile and 2:27 marathon. After graduating from UT Arlington, he spent several years coaching and teaching public speaking at the University of Dallas and SMU. In 1989, he turned to writing and now has three books in print (and counting). Additionally, Harry is an award-winning radio talk-show host, and an active member of Toastmasters International and the National Speakers Association.
