Heather Gaytan is a children's book author who grew up on a farm in rural Nebraska, where she dreamed of writing books and raising horses. Her love for storytelling began at a young age, inspired by the wide-open spaces and the animals around her. Heather’s debut book, Lazy Luna, reflects her passion for creativity and her desire to inspire young readers. With vibrant illustrations and simple, engaging text, Lazy Luna is designed to build confidence in early readers and spark their imaginations. When Heather isn't writing, she enjoys spending time with family, exploring nature, and dreaming up new stories for the next generation of readers and writers.
