American Heddi Nieuwsma has been living in French-speaking part of Switzerland since 2012. Since her arrival, she has developed a passion for Swiss food. Through her blog Cuisine Helvetica, she shares her recipes, stories and travel experiences. A self-taught cook, Heddi works to bring Swiss cuisine, which is not limited to chocolate and cheese, to be known internationally.
