Heidi Gibson

Heidi Gibson (1972-) is the Commander In Cheese of The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen in San Francisco. She is a self-taught cook and got into the grilled cheese business after winning grilled cheese contests as a hobby for many years. She lives in the Bay Area.
