Heidi Vukov

Heidi Vukov spent hours in her grandmother’s kitchen in Germany, where European bakeries inspired her love for cooking. In March 1995, she opened Croissants Bistro & Bakery in Myrtle Beach, SC. Most recently, Vukov released “Bonjour, Y’all” cookbook that features elegant and inspired European cuisine with a decidedly Southern twist.
