Hilda Dulin Lee is a dentist, writer, and amateur genealogist. After practicing dentistry for many years, she sold her beloved dental practice and returned to graduate school where she combined the study of creative writing and binge eating disorder. In the Labyrinth of Binge Eating, a memoir in which she shares her struggle with binge eating disorder, is her first full-length book. It became a #1 best-seller in the category of self-help for eating disorders, and is used by various eating disorder and weight-loss clinics around the country. Hilda is passionate about genealogy and has been researching and sharing family history for more than 20 years. Her most recent book, Injustice: The 1918 Alabama Murder of Little Jim Turner, is a well-researched true story about a murder that send three of her great-uncles to prison. The book is the first in a series on the Loper families of Alabama and Mississippi. She shares life with her husband, Glenn, who has been the abiding love of her life for more than fifty years. They have two children and seven grandchildren.
