I’d like to give a big round of applause to all the people who make reading fun for kids. From creators like myself, who start at the very beginning of the process, to the people who are actually reading the finished books to children. What's not to love about supporting early childhood development, strengthening bonds, and creating lifelong memories? We're making a difference one book at a time. Laughter and creativity have always been in my heart so it’s no surprise that I’m having the time of my life developing characters and stories that make children giggle and smile. Reaching so many little ones with lighthearted, fun-filled adventures is like having the best job in the world! But creating fun characters and writing clever books with rich illustrations that serve a purpose while holding a child’s attention long enough to incite joy and laughter (a-a-and breathe)…is NOT easy. Every book takes at least one year of detailed commitment, with multiple revisions, to undergo its metamorphosis from original concept to successful storybook. You can be sure that reading your fun and playful reviews gives me something precious, a happiness deep in my soul. It also gives me validation that my work is bringing a little magic into your lives. After all, what are we here for if not one another? Reading to children?
