I’d like to give a big round of applause to all the people who make reading fun for kids. From creators like myself, who start at the very beginning of the process, to the people who are actually reading the finished books to children. What's not to love about reading to children? It's a fun activity that supports early childhood development, strengthens bonds, and creates lifelong memories. We are unified through our success, making a difference one book at a time. Laughter and creativity have always been in my heart, so it’s no surprise that I’m having the time of my life developing characters and stories that make children giggle and smile. Reaching so many little ones with lighthearted, fun-filled adventures is like having the best job in the world. But creating fun characters and writing clever books with rich illustrations that serve a purpose while holding a child’s attention long enough to incite joy and laughter (a-a-and breathe)…is NOT easy. Every book takes at least one year of detailed commitment and revisions to undergo its metamorphosis from original concept to successful storybook. You can be sure that reading your fun and playful reviews gives me a happiness deep in my soul. It also gives me something almost as precious; validation that my books are fulfilling their intended purpose. Bringing a little magic into your lives is why I do what I do.
