Igal Sarna, born in Tel-Aviv in 1952, is a renowned Israeli journalist, winner of the 2011 Sokolov prize for journalism. He resides in Candemil, Vila Nova de Cerveira. He is the author of twelve books, both non-fiction and novels, some of which have been translated into Italian, English, and French, and have won critical acclaim. This is his first book written outside his country, and the first to be translated into Portuguese.
