I'm a freelancing trainer for Office applications since many years now. Working in Germany, I often found that users demands are different from what big companies supply as trainings and books alike. So, I decided to publish my own set of books to fill this gap. Of course, I began with books in my native German language, but one by one, I will translate them to English as well. I translate them myself. So you may find my English not immaculate, but anyway, you can study the German approach on things :). The Eye of the Wind book is a hobby and not supposed to make profit. Still, in this case, the English is reviewed by native speakers and therefore fine. Anyway, my part here is not terribly large. I needed to put myself as main author, but in fact, this book has 110 authors of texts and pictures, most of them native speakers.
