Irene Hyun-Mee Kim is a first generation Korean American, mother, author and medical therapist. She has practiced in the rehabilitation and management of complicated neurological injuries for more than two decades, mainly in the beautiful mountain state of Colorado. Irene is passionate about her patients, fueled by promoting their recoveries and watching their family’s love. She is fascinated by the unknown of our brains and is a national presenter and educator of neurological injuries and their challenges. In Korea Reunited, she reveals more of her life passions: The universal language of love and uncovering the deeper parts within us: our ancestors and their choices. Meaning, appreciation, observing nature and striving for internal happiness are daily practices for Irene and she seeks to present them in the written word. She seeks the farthest reach of her story, to touch as many hearts and minds as she possibly can and to emphasize how precious freedom and family are: before, now and always. Irene welcomes any opportunity to visit and speak about her work.
