Isabel Höppner is a mother of two sons, a nature lover and a passionate storyteller. With her books, she not only wants to entertain children, but also encourage them to discover the world with courage, curiosity and imagination. Her stories are like little adventures that show the importance of friendship, solidarity and trust in oneself. Before she became an author, Isabel worked as a geriatric nurse - a profession that she practiced with a lot of love. Even though she can no longer work in this field for health reasons, she puts just as much heart and soul into her work as an author. Isabel finds her inspiration close to nature, surrounded by forests and fields. She loves going for walks with her dog and enjoying the little moments that often provide the best ideas for her stories. As an avid reader, she knows how important stories are for children. With each book, she wants to take little readers and listeners into magical worlds that not only make them smile, but also teach them values for life.
