Paul Guyer is a registered Mechanical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Fire Protection Engineer and Architect with 35 years experience designing buildings and related infrastructure. For 10 of those years he participated in the design of one of the largest infrastructure projects in history....the California State Water Project. For 17 years he managed his own architectural engineering firm specializing in the design of military facilities throughout the Pacific Basin. For an additional 9 years he was a principal staff advisor to the California Legislature dealing with infrastructure and capital outlay issues. He is a graduate of Stanford University, studied law three years at McGeorge, and has held numerous national, state and local offices with the American Society of Civil Engineers, National Society of Professional Engineers, and Architectural Engineering Institute.
