J.W. Whittington

Born in Southern California to a broken family, God eventually led Whittington and his mother to Southern Oklahoma, where He broke generational chains within his family. After growing up playing worship music, Whittington grew apart from the Church for some time before an explosive experience would push him further into his faith than ever before. Using his background in data-analysis within advertising and his obsession with numerical patterns throughout his life in music and other fields, Whittington dove deeper into scripture, looking at not just the words but the repeated numbers used throughout The Bible. With a passion for sharing information about God's glory through scripture and data-points that reflect His true nature, Whittington began writing a letter to his dear non-believing friends. Little did he realize that this letter would lead to an unexpected book; God for Nerds.
