Jack Straw

Jack Straw was born in the spring of 1958 in Northeast Iowa. Leaving home at 17 with a pregnant girlfriend, he embarked on a life of twists and turns, as life can often be. He worked at a full service gas station, then at Winnebago Industries. At age 19 he became a cop reaching the rank of captain before becoming tired of the law enforcement work after 15 years and leaving in 1994. After starting out in his own business, he ended up in the crosshairs of the feds and landed in federal prison for 10 years. But unlike most, he says he was guilty and deserved his sentence.
