Jacob Karnes is the founder of Waves Business Coaching, host of the Waves Business Coaching Podcast, and a Business Made Simple Certified Coach. Everyone deserves a simple plan to help them thrive in their first job. Jacob realized this after mastering his first job at Chick-fil-A, working in the restaurant and corporate office for a decade. He used the experience of mastering his first job to advance his career, launch his business, and write the simple tools for success in this book.
