I'm an author, editor and musician with three strands: how-to music books, collections of myths and legends, and sf and fantasy fiction. My podcast These Fantastic Worlds is available on Apple Podcasts, Google Play, Spotify, Vurbl and Stitcher. As a writer/creator of how-to music books I've made over 35 titles, including 'Beginner’s Guide to Reading Music', Guitar Chords, Piano Chords, Songwriter’s Rhyming Dictionary, Play the Guitar Made Easy. Other publications include Advanced Guitar Chords, Advanced Piano Chords, Chords for Kids, 'How to Play the Electric Guitar', 'Reading Music Made Easy', 'Scales and Modes' and 'Play Flamenco'. Released EP Jakesongs on iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, etc and on CDBaby. Have also edited a number books on mythology, as J.K. Jackson, including Myths and Legends, Celtic Myths and Chinese Myths and Legends. As an SF and dark fantasy author my fiction explores the interplay between dreams, memory, imagination and self-delusion. I'm trying to create a body of work that explores our place in the universe, its origins, myths and futures. Influences include: (fiction) Philip K.
