James E. Rogers

James Rogers was born in Portland, Oregon and has pursued advanced degrees in mental health counseling and theology. He retired as a lieutenant after twenty-five years of service as a police officer in Vancouver, Washington. His first book, published in 2013, is a workbook for clients who are in treatment for sexual offenses. His next works include a trilogy of murder mysteries set in Sheridan Oregon. The first was released in 2017. The second, Sheridan: Hunting Ground, is due to be published by February, 2018. He recently retired from mental health counseling to devote himself to writing full-time. He and his wife enjoy traveling in the United States and abroad.
