James Miller was born in California in 1972. His passion of cooking was planted by his grandmother, Barbara, he helped her in the kitchen and in the household. He was always attracted by different tastes and fabulous fragrances of granny’s dishes and was mesmerized by this beautiful process of preparing new dishes. James travelled the word and wherever he was, he always tried new dishes and drinks. It was a great experience in his life. But cooking for James was just a hobby, until in 2006 his friend Jason offered him a job in his Mexican restaurant as a chef assistant. Since then he developed his skills and fond his own style in cooking. His hobby became his favorite job and the sense of life. James worked with passion and 2 year later became a master chef. In 2017 James decided to start sharing his great collection of tastes and published his cookbooks with favorite recipes, some of them he inherited from his grandmother and spiced with love and deep experience.
