Jamia Eaton

Jamia C. Eaton, a native New Yorker raised in Prince George's County, MD, discovered her passion for writing through homeschooling her children. A former international model, Jamia’s travels around the world enriched her storytelling with diverse experiences and perspectives. With over 15 years as an educator, she now crafts inspiring narratives that connect deeply with readers. Married to Omar Eaton-Martinez, a public history professional, Jamia draws inspiration from their shared love of learning and storytelling to create vibrant, meaningful tales. As I step out into this exciting new chapter as a mom entrepreneur, I am embracing the creative passions that have always fueled me. Teaching writing has been a lifelong passion, and now, I am thrilled to share that love in new ways. Like so many stay-at-home homeschool moms, I’ve realized the importance of pursuing passions outside of raising my children. Modeling and writing have always fulfilled a creative need in me, offering balance and inspiration as I pour into my family. These pursuits allow me to express myself while setting an example for my children to follow their dreams. I hope to continue modeling and writing for as long as I am able, using these gifts to inspire and connect with others.
