Jamie Mills

Jamie Mills, aka The Sleeved Dietitian, has supported thousands of bariatric patients on their weight loss surgery journeys and has helped them hit their goals as they navigate post-op life. She is an award-winning registered dietitian who has also had weight loss surgery (WLS) and created programs to fill the gap in much-needed support for WLS (weight loss surgery) patients. Outside of WLS advocacy, Jamie is a self-proclaimed Disney adult who loves reading, doing CrossFit, hanging out with friends, learning about astrology and crystals, and traveling.
